Your order will be processed and shipped within about 1 business day. Shipping time is estimated to be two to three (2-3) business days from when your order ships out. If you feel you are experiencing any delay in the delivery of your product, you may contact the shipping provider or us directly.
Most orders are shipped out same or next day and delivered within 2-3 days, however there is always a possibility for delays. These delays occur with the courier (DHL or USPS) and are out of our control. Possible delays are covid-19 restrictions, holidays or severe weather. We are automatically notified of any delays and will immediately reach out to the courier on your behalf to minimize any delay. Our fulfillment protocol requires us to wait 2 weeks since the date of shipment without any shipment update before reshipping your order free of charge. We’ll automatically do this for you and if you’re subscribed to Mabox, we will extend your next delivery date as well.
We stand by our product quality and guarantee your results. If you are unhappy with the product you received, we will be happy to fully refund your original purchase. To initiate a claim, please contact customer service; further instructions will be provided. All returned merchandise must be postmarked within 60-days from your first purchase and returned as instructed by a customer service representative. This may only be claimed once per customer per product and only applies to your first shipment. This policy terminates after 60-days from your original purchase date. One-time Purchases:You may return your order in factory sealed condition to receive a refund back to your original payment method for any reason within 30-days. You can start a return within your online account or by contacting a representative online, email or by phone.
Subscription Purchases:You may return your most recent delivery in factory sealed condition to receive a refund back to your original payment method. We do not accept multiple packages, only your most recent delivery will be accepted. You may return your package with the courier of your choice at your expense. We do not provide prepaid return labels, refunds or credits for shipping.
$10 Restock Fee:Any returned subscription order will be subject to a $10 restocking fee. As a subscription customer and by not cancelling prior to your next shipment, you indicated to us that you wanted to receive this product. This restocking fee covers our shipping and fulfillment costs.
$10 Rejection Fee (in addition to restocking fee):Applies to rejected packages only. Any refused, rejected or return-to-sender packages will be charged an additional $10 fee. This fee covers the return shipping costs and processing fee charged to us by the courier.
We reserve the right to lower the cost of our product for promotional reasons at any time.
All products are expected to arrive to the shipping address originally typed into the web form on the product webpage you ordered from within 2-3 business days after it ships. Packages will ship out within 1 business day from the day you place your order. For orders placed on a weekend date, packages will ship out the following Monday, assuming it is not a major holiday. If for some reason you do not receive the product after seven (7) business days of ordering it is recommended to contact customer support by email at [email protected]. All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation, if the order is shown as delivered we are to believe it has been delivered unless you contact us to state otherwise. There will be no refunds for product claimed to be undelivered if we are not notified within 30 days of postmarked delivery and the package is shown as delivered with delivery confirmation obtained via the US Postal Service. There may be times when shipments are delayed a few extra days.
Our Try Now, Pay Later program is an excellent way to try your favorite mabox products before you commit. Here’s how it works: (1) Pay a small amount today to cover shipping and fulfillment costs and (2) we will place a hold on your card for the bill-later price. If for any reason within 30-days you do not want the product, the hold will be removed and fully refunded.

The subscription period begins on the day you place your order and will continue on the delivery schedule you select. By default, we offer deliveries every 1 month (billed every 4-weeks). However, you can change this to any custom delivery schedule of your choosing.
You may update your billing frequency at anytime, skip a delivery, place your subscription on hold or cancel all within your free account.
Your request for cancellation via your online free account will be processed immediately; however, you will be responsible for any charges, billing or shipments that have already been shipped to you or that have already been delivered to you at the time of your cancellation.
You may cancel your order online within 30-minutes for any reason. After this time, your order is automatically being prepared for shipment. If you need to cancel or return an order after this time, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
